Romantic Anniversary Trip

Every Anniversary is special. It brings loads of happiness and you relive the memories once again on this special day. I would like to share my 5th anniversary, which is very close to my heart. We were staying in Africa (Dar es Salaam) due to my husband’s job contract. At morning of the special day I woke up very late, about 9 am. To my surprise my husband had switched off the alarm and I kept sleeping. I started to feel a little bit hot as the fan was closed. I was trying to call my husband but he did not answer. I got up and as I switched on the fan the whole room was filled with rose petals which he had placed on top of the fan wings. As he played our favourite song "I just called to say I love you." He asked me to get ready in 10 min but he did not tell me what he had planned. He called a cab to my surprise and we drove till the harbour and we took a Ferry to Zanzibar Islands. I was on top of the world. We were so lucky that day that we even spotted 2 whales. We reached the island in about 2 hours and had a luxurious meal at the Zamani Beach Resort. The fun had just begun. After the lunch we strolled hand in hand on the crystal clear beach. Then we went for snorkeling and spotted some really exotic fishes and managed to lay our hands on beautiful shells. As the evening set in we got ready for dinner and had an enormous candle light dinner next to the beach.
