If you get everyone involved you could make the 60 reasons list quite easily, you could have people's pictures by their reason or have it printed onto a scroll or have it framed. All you would need to do is design the list on your computer and print it off.
As well as giving a printed copy of the list how about videoing it and having everybody say there own reason. It would be a lot of fun to put together and with today's technology you could have everyone email you there own video contribution. You could then put it together using "Windows Movie Maker" if you have a PC or iMovie if you have a MAC. Both are drag and drop you can import your various clips and combine them into a movie, you can add text as well. You will find them already on your computer and they are very easy to use! Here is a simple video that I have just made using Windows Movie Maker.
This gift make take some time to collate but it will be worth it.
